Delete Queued Print Jobs (Mac OS X)

If a print job is corrupt and does not print clearly, does not print at all or is preventing other queued jobs from printing, delete the queued jobs.

Note: After confirming that the cable is connected and that the is powered on, perform the following.

In Mac OS X 10.5.x, 10.6.x

If you are using Mac OS X 10.5.x or 10.6.x, from the Apple menu click 'System Preferences'.


                               


From 'System Preferences', open 'Print & Fax'.

From the 'Print & Fax' window, select your from the list and then click 'Open Print Queue'.

Click to select the document to be deleted (document name) from the print queue list in the queue window.
Click 'Delete' in the toolbar.
Note: If the print job does not complete, it may be necessary to disconnect the cable, power the off and on, and then reconnect the cable.

.Mac OS X 10.3.x and 104.x

Open 'Applications', and 'Utilities', and double-click the Setup Utility icon.


Note: In versions prior to OS X 10.2, double-click the Print Center icon.
Select the name you are using, in the List.

Click to select the document to be deleted (document name) from the print queue list in the queue window.

Click 'Delete' in the toolbar.


Deleting the accumulated and queued documents in the computer is completed. See More ( )
