Delete Queued Print Jobs (Mac OS X)
If a print job is corrupt and does not print clearly, does not print at all or is preventing other queued jobs from printing, delete the queued jobs.
Note: After confirming that the cable is connected and that the printer is powered on, perform the following.

In Mac OS X 10.5.x, 10.6.x
If you are using Mac OS X 10.5.x or 10.6.x, from the Apple menu click 'System Preferences'.
From 'System Preferences', open 'Print & Fax'.
From the 'Print & Fax' window, select your printer from the list and then click 'Open Print Queue'.
.Mac OS X 10.3.x and 104.x
Open 'Applications', and 'Utilities', and double-click the Printer Setup Utility icon.
Click to select the document to be deleted (document name) from the print queue list in the queue window.
Click 'Delete' in the toolbar.
Deleting the accumulated and queued documents in the computer is completed. See More ( )

If you are using Mac OS X 10.5.x or 10.6.x, from the Apple menu click 'System Preferences'.

Note: If the print job does not complete, it may be
necessary to disconnect the printer cable,
power the printer off and on, and then
reconnect the cable..Mac OS X 10.3.x and 104.x
Open 'Applications', and 'Utilities', and double-click the Printer Setup Utility icon.
Note: In versions prior to OS X 10.2, double-click the Print Center
icon.
Select the printer
name you are using, in the Printer
List.Click to select the document to be deleted (document name) from the print queue list in the queue window.
Click 'Delete' in the toolbar.
